What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-13 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes, anywhere between $200 - 1 Month Deposit (refundable)
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Apollo Heights provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
Available through appointment only.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
8:30AM - 10PM
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
24/7
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
24/7
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
